Mufrida is a highly experienced Facilitator, business role-player and forum theatre specialist who has worked with an extensive range of organisations over 24 years.

Clients value her knowledge and understanding of behaviour, voice and body language and her ability to give feedback with empathy and clarity to support learning and development.

She has worked with clients at all organisational levels, including senior executives and Partners, on programmes ranging from critical conversations, Leadership and Organisational Development, influencing skills, assertion, diversity, negotiation and culture change.

Having been brought up on 3 continents she has a particular interest in cultural diversity.

She is particularly skilled in both ‘bespoke role-playing or real play’ and forum theatre bringing to life behaviours and situations in a playful, challenging and supportive environment.

As a very experienced improvisor she has taught improvisation and presentation skills in both the business world and drama colleges. She has completed CIPD Advanced Facilitation.

Mufrida is able to deliver programmes both in person and virtually, including facilitating bespoke sessions as well as scenario based real play practice using Zoom, Adobe Connect and Webex.

As an actor and presenter she has appeared in many corporate videos for clients including GSK, BP, AVC  Cisco Systems, Eurostar/Disney, Nat West, Mast, Unilever, NHS, Great Ormond Street, Grant Thornton and RBS.
